1. Introduction

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials within the portal remain the intellectual property of IASST. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of portal content is prohibited.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

  • Efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted portal access, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
  • Scheduled maintenance and updates may lead to temporary downtime, and users will be notified in advance when possible.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
