Content Review Policy (CRP)

1. Purpose

The Content Review Policy (CRP) establishes guidelines for the periodic review and validation of digital content published on the Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Center (SAIC) website (saiciasst.in) and other official communication platforms. The policy ensures content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all content published on SAIC’s official platforms, including:

  • Announcements and updates
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Technical documentation and guidelines
  • Instrument usage and data reports

3. Review Process

All content will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

  • Accuracy: Content must be fact-checked and validated by subject matter experts.
  • Relevance: Information should be up-to-date and applicable to current research and operational needs.
  • Compliance: Content must adhere to institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Web Administrator: Updates content based on review outcomes.

6. Compliance & Revisions

The CRP will be reviewed annually to incorporate necessary updates based on technological advancements and institutional requirements. Non-compliance with this policy may result in content removal or corrective actions.
